Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 1juta platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of local payment methods, including online banking via FPX and recognised e-wallets in Malaysia.
Deposits are final once confirmed by the system. Users are responsible for ensuring that their bank account or e-wallet details are accurate before confirming any transaction. 1juta is not liable for failed deposits caused by incorrect information provided by the user.

Account Suspension & Closure

Any balance in an account suspended on grounds of fraud may be forfeited as part of the termination action.
